We now are pleased to have 2400 acres of prime turkey hunting land in Steinhatchee Florida to offer to our hunters looking for a Florida Osceola. Wild Turkey. A friend of ours who leases land from us here in South Carolina has it leased for deer, Osceola turkey, and hogs, and only hunts the deer seriously, and the hogs to a point to keep them under control which is impossible. They keep 25 feeders going year round so the game stays on the property year round. You can hunt as long as you are 100 yards or more from the feeders. This creates a perfect opportunity for us to offer Florida Osceola Wild Turkey and Hog hunt combos.
There is a nice camp on the property that is run with a huge generator, for our use. Upon arrival you will be shown the property, the details of the camp, and for 3 ½ days it will be all yours to use for your own cooking, camping, and hunting on your own. You can arrive on Wednesdays, scout the property, and your hunt will be from Thursday A.M. through Sunday, then depart. There will be four hunters per hunt. This hunt schedule will allow the woods to air out for three days between hunts, and with the number of birds on the property if you hunt smart, we see no problem with each hunter having at least two opportunities.
On the property will be Paradise Valley Hunting Club guide Brad Dugan. Brad Dugan, who attended C.O.A.G.S. (Colorado Outdoor Adventure Guide School) will be there to assist hunters in locating their hunting areas and give them a jump start on scouting information. As well Brad will check in your game and make sure we get plenty of pictures of your smiling faces with trophy gobblers and hogs.

There are little Mom And Pop restaurants in town, about 3 miles, which are great places to eat, if you don’t want to cook all the time. This is a little town on the Gulf Coast well known for its great fishing opportunities. You may want to check on the fishing and do a day of fishing while in the area too. If that is of interest we can put you in touch with some great guides that offer tarpon, snook, redfish, sea trout, and offshore grouper.
We are offering this semi-guided, “on your own” hunt, which will allow two birds, (crippled birds will count as kills) and four wild hogs, for $2200.00. The turkeys on this lease have not been hunted for three years. Extra hogs will be allowed for $100.00 each with no limit to total number you can take, let your pocket book be your guide. Absolutely no wasting of the animals. The property has too many hogs and we are going to use this hunt as a management tool to get them in check. The hog hunting which most will do in the afternoons will allow the birds to settle down from the morning hunts, and not get bumped around all day long.

For the bowhunter we highly reccomend this opportunity. The majority of the stands are situated with the bowhunter in mind. Shots from 15-30 yards should be available in most cases.This is an excellent opportunity to bow kill a trophy archery boar.
